Children are not born with prejudice. Bias often grows from unfamiliarity and lack of exposure. When young people are given opportunities to experience different cultures, perspectives, and communities, they develop empathy, confidence, and the ability to thrive in a diverse society.
Our mission is simple but powerful:

Through Kids U 32 programs, young people gain firsthand experience engaging with different cultures, communities, and perspectives—preparing them to step into the world as leaders, collaborators, and changemakers.

Education and opportunity remain unequal for millions of girls around the world. Even today, millions of girls face barriers that limit their ability to access education and leadership opportunities.
When girls are denied education and opportunity, entire communities lose potential leaders, innovators, and problem solvers.
Yet when girls are empowered through education, mentorship, and leadership opportunities, the impact is transformative.
Each additional year of education can significantly increase a girl's future earning potential and ability to lead within her community.
